The City of Grayson employ's a Code Enforcement Officer to enforce all building codes, property nuisances, zoning regulations, construction, demolition and alterations to properties.  The Code Enforcement Officer typically serves the city in the capacities of Building Inspector and Flood Plain Coordinator. Joe Hammer currently serves as the CEO for Grayson and maintains an office at city hall, 302 East Main Street.
